Happy Saint Patrick’s Day!

1:56 pm • Filed under: Writing

I’m not Irish but I have fond memories of celebrating Saint Patrick’s Day in college. Green beer! Green alcoholic drinks in general - for CHEAP. The bars open at six in the mornin’! Yes I went to a party college. My brother went to the same college years later and I’m sad to say they changed all of this. Spring break is always the week of Saint Patrick’s Day - always. That’s to keep those crazy green beer drinking kids from doing anything too wild at seven in the morning!

Sigh. College. Good times.

Anywho, I really wanted to remind everyone that if you didn’t read it last year, you should go check out my Saint Patrick’s themed book So Lucky (Cobblestone Press). I had a lot of fun writing it and it has a hot man on the cover. What more could you want?

Lucky Simon has it all. A successful career, a fantastic apartment and great friends. The only thing she’s unlucky at is love. Her love life stinks big time and it’s all her fault.

Finding a four leaf clover conjures up a giant leprechaun in the middle of her living room the next day. Aidan claims she wished for him and now he belongs to her. She doesn’t want him, she thinks he’s crazy. Despite the fact that he turns her on.

What’s a girl to do?
