I just want to thank all of the readers out there who’ve bought Scandalous and kept it on the My Bookstore and More chart in the number one spot. How cool is that?
Even cooler? Y’all who missed Forbidden the first time around have gone out and bought it and now it’s landed at number ten on the MBaM chart! Wow! That book came out last November so I’m…shocked. And excited. And so so thankful!
In other news I’m working on my seekrit project and it’s going great. I still love it. I’m torturing my hero and heroine and though that makes me feel evil, it’s necessary.

If you enjoyed the other two Playing with Fire books (Forbidden & Tangled) then you’ll like this one. And there’s one more coming in spring of 2011 so….yeah. I can’t let these people go I guess.

My editor calls the guy on the cover my sexy nerd. Ha! It’s true though. The hero in the book is a sexy nerd. Gotta love those quiet guys who wear glasses right? Hmmm…
My novella is coming out along with Anne Rainey’s A Little Bit Naughty and S.L. Carpenter’s Need You Now. I’m in good company right? That’s what I thought.

Hee hee, that’s what my editor and I would call Under My Umbrella. UMU. Sounds like a college or a hospital huh? But it’s not. It’s a hot-n-sexy little novella I wrote, kinda funny, kinda sweet. Well. At least I hope you find it kinda funny and sweet. And it’s available today at Samhain! Yay!
It’ll take more than a fire hose to cool down this attraction…
Fated, Book 1
Rain, rain, go away. That’s Jenna’s mantra as she suffers through yet another rain-soaked walk home from work. At least the tight butt of the guy walking in front of her offers some distraction. Scandalous will be coming soon from Samhain Publishing. I just signed my ninth contract with them – squee! I believe it’s coming out in August – but don’t quote me. That might change.
Scandalous is the next book in the Playing With Fire series (actually it’s going to be called Playing With Fire 2) and it features Austin’s (hero from Forbidden) younger sister Alexa. Oh yes, and his ex-boyfriend. El scandalo!
Soon I’ll start working on the next one. First I need to write a novella for the second in the Fated series (first being Under My Umbrella which comes out with Samhain June 22nd – click on the link you can read an excerpt!), tentatively titled Call Me. I’m busy this summer – writing writing writing!
In other news I need to go get my car smogged and I want to go out to lunch with my husband today. What are you up to?
