Tangled Now Available!

12:09 pm • Filed under: New book fun!

It’s here, it’s here! Tangled is finally available at Samhain Publishing!

Tangledmed

The girl can’t help herself…until she helps herself to a triple-hot fantasy.

Playing With Fire, Book 2

Always wanting what she can’t have. Scarlett learned this the hard way, and this time is no different. Drake, the one guy she’s hot for, isn’t hot for her. Nope, he’s hot for Trevor, the gorgeous, arrogant actor she works with. Maybe it’s time she let loose and let the right man capture her, for a change.

Trevor wonders why she can’t see that the right man is right under her nose. He’s crushing big time on the quirky, sexually confident Scarlett—a huge turn-on for a guy who’s not your standard looking-for-vanilla-sex kind of guy.

When an argument with Trevor explodes into the hottest sex of her life, Scarlett thinks nothing has ever felt so right—until Drake joins in and kicks it into white-hot gear. Trevor is astounded that she trusts him enough to make her three-way happen for her. But suddenly he’s not so sure he wants to share…

Friday’s Giveaway

1:15 am • Filed under: New book fun!, contest

I am a big time Jill Shalvis fan. Her romances are sexy, funny, hot, romantic, funny and sexy. And yes I repeated myself on purpose…

Last summer I picked up an autographed copy of her book Double Play. I already read it and loved it, I told her as she signed her name inside the book. “Give it away on your blog then,” she suggested.

So I am.

He’s a great pitcher…and a great catch.

With the end of his career looming, the last thing ace pitcher Pace Martin needs is a distraction, even if it comes in the form of a tough, beautiful, tell-it-like-it-is writer who sees past his defenses.

Oh, it’s a good one, let me tell you. Her heroes are just…dreamy. And this is the first one in a series, the second book (Slow Heat) is out next month!

Just answer this question — what are you up to this weekend? Staying in because you’ve been snowed in maybe? I’ll be taking my kids to a birthday party on Saturday and I have huge huge HUGE projects to work on. I am so busy writing-wise that just thinking about it makes my eyeballs spin. Have you ever seen eyeballs spin? It’s not pretty.

Okay leave a comment with your weekend plans and you’re entered. One comment per person please. Winners for the entire week of contests will be announced HERE TOMORROW! Don’t forget to check back!

Free! The Satin Sash!

2:00 am • Filed under: New book fun!, contest

Oh my stars, have you ever read Red Garnier? I gush about her not only because she’s my friend but because she’s also a most fabulous writer. And her debut novel from NAL Heat The Satin Sash is smokin’, smokin’ hot.

satinsash

Business partners Grey Richards and Heath Solis are best friends, even though they’re as different as night and day. Grey is calm, confident, and always in control. Heath is as passionate as his smoldering looks. No woman can resist them, and it’s always been easy to share. Until now…

Grey is head over heels in love with Antonia Kearny, a woman whose luscious body enflames his senses and whose playful, willing spirit captures his heart. He’ll do anything to see her smile, to hear her breath catch, to make her scream his name. And when he realizes that
Toni wants another man—and that it’s Heath—he’ll make the ultimate sacrifice…

On a decadent weekend in Mexico, Toni will experience the hunger, the touch, the taste of two men. But will her desire bring them together, or tear them apart?

I’m giving away a copy of The Satin Sash to one lucky commenter on this post. Oh yes, indeed you too can indulge in the hotness that is this book! All you need to do is answer this question:

It’s extra cold around these parts lately (I can especially tell that with all of your answers to yesterday’s post!) so if you could go anywhere warm, where would that be? Tell me your dream beach vacation…

Mine is Hawaii – Maui specifically because that’s where I was married. And I’m desperate to go back! It’s not as cold here as it is elsewhere but we have a major fog going on that makes it gloomy.

If you haven’t left a comment on Monday through Wednesday’s blog posts, don’t forget to cruise on over and do so! The final day of the contest is tomorrow – all winners will be announced Saturday!

One comment per person please.

Good luck!

More Contest Fun!

1:46 am • Filed under: New book fun!, contest

If you haven’t stopped by and entered yet, my week long contest started with Monday’s post and then there’s yesterday’s post.

What am I giving away today? A print copy of the book Glamorous Garnet from Ellora’s Cave, featuring my novella Virgin Jewels along with six other fabulous stories by six fabulous authors.

glamorous garnet

The Virgin’s Blood necklace is legendary. Simple in appearance, it wields a sexual power only its true owners can experience.

Hannah doesn’t understand why the newest acquisition at her family’s jewelry store makes her ache so deliciously. When Colin visits the shop and tells the necklace’s erotic tale, Hannah’s further enflamed — for the necklace and the man.

Borrowing the necklace, she has mind-blowing sex with Colin, the power of the stones overwhelming. But for normally shy Hannah, the experience is bittersweet. Her alluring aggressiveness isn’t real — it’s the Virgin’s Blood Jewels. She can’t keep the necklace, and fears she’ll lose Colin without it. But Colin knows more about the jewels than he’s telling.

Just leave a comment today and you’re entered to win Glamorous Garnet. You must answer this question though – what are you up to today? Yep, pretty simple.

What am I up to today? I’ll be over at the Samhain Cafe loop sharing excerpts from Luck of the Draw. I need to mop the floors. Do some laundry. Write. Glamorous stuff, no?

One comment per person please. All winners will be drawn and announced this Saturday here.

Good luck!

psst — Last story of the Twelfth Night series is available. The lovely Amie Stuart’s Wherever You are. Please go check it out – it’s free!

Contest Continues!

2:33 am • Filed under: New book fun!, Writing, contest

Yes indeed – don’t forget to go to yesterday’s post if you haven’t already for a chance to win a copy of Luck of the Draw. Today’s post giveaway is a copy of the print book Better With Age, featuring my novella Too Tempting.

Betterwithagesmall

I don’t always fall in love with characters when I write them (though it does happen quite often, trust me) but man, I really enjoyed writing this one. It brings a smile to my face just thinking about it and I wrote this a little over two years ago. Such fun! But who doesn’t love an older woman/younger man story?

So answer me this: What is the oldest/youngest combination you’ve ever seen with a couple you know? You don’t have to get specific, we don’t want to name names or anything but yeah, let’s dish. I’m two years older than my husband. No biggie but he sure loves pointing out that I’m that much older than him. The jerk. LOL

Leave a comment today and you’re entered into the drawing for a copy of Better With Age. One lucky winner will be chosen and announced this Saturday. One comment per person please.

Want to read something for free? The Twelfth Night stories are almost finished – my friend Emma Petersen’s story All I Want For Christmas is availabe so go check it out!
