– First, Tangled is up for Book of the Week at Whipped Cream Reviews. I’m begging for votes – go here to vote for me! Please!
– It was my precious Adam Lambert’s birthday yesterday. Happy Birthday!
– My kids didn’t like those peanut butter/chocolate bars. And by the way, they’re super easy to make. Just make peanut butter cookie dough, spread it out in a greased 13 x 9 pan, bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees (or until edges are golden brown), cool for ten minutes. Take a bag (2 cups) of chocolate chips, melt in microwave (1-2 minutes) and spread on top. Chill for 1 hour. Done.
– I really love the Real Housewives of OC. That new chick’s husband Jim is UNBELIEVABLE. I would tell that macho ass to shove it. And she thinks he is the best thing since sliced bread which is good cos she married the jerk. He makes me wanna go blech blech.
– It’s sunny again today. YAY!
– Is it wrong that I want to watch the new GI Joe movie because he’s in it?
I recorded it off the pay per view but haven’t paid for it yet (Directv let’s you do that, so cool). Seriously the only reason I want to watch it is to watch him in action. Is he shirtless in the movie? Yeah, I have issues.

With his sexiness. I was pretty much over my little crush. I got my fix. I even went with my favorite sister-in-law and saw him perform live with the rest of those people he competed with on American Idol. Good times! But then I moved on. Had a minor crush on Jeff from Big Brother. I’m fickle like that.
But then, but THEN I had to see the pictures from a photoshoot for the upcoming Details magazine yesterday while I was trolling the blogs (thanks Perez). And I hurried my butt over to idolsfourm.com because I knew the rascally ladies who love Adam Lambert would have untainted, large and beautiful copies of those photos for my perusal.
And they did.
Damn you Adam Lambert and your sexiness! The man (or the people behind the man) is a marketing genius. His message is clear. Yes I’m gay but look at me! I tongue pretty ladies! I touch their chesticle area! I give all you ladies out there HOPE!
Trust, the man is never gonna hook up with a lady. And I’m fine with that. He is, after all, selling a fantasy. And he does a damn good job of it, too.

Seriously Adam Lambert is my every dirty naughty boy fantasy come to life. I know he’s gay. That’s fine. I can deal with it. But my word. The boy just radiates sexuality! I heart him! Look at that snake! And the butterfly! He’s delicious.
My oldest and dearest friend loves him too – she reminded me that he’s much like our old crush, Duran Duran (yes we go way back). The crazy clothes, the makeup! Oh, it was such a big deal to love those boys back in the day wearing their makeup. So I guess we haven’t changed. We still love the pretty boys singing in their makeup…

My precious Adam Lambert lost AI. Unbelievable! I like Kris though. He’s good. And Adam will go on to do big things I’m sure of it.

When I found this picture, someone on the idolforums (OMG yes ok? I have lurked over there on occasion) called these “The pants of endowment.” That made me giggle.

They’re kicking my butt! In all of my many years I’ve never been so taken down by the dreaded allergies. My husband gets them terribly and has to take that little Claritin pill every single day. Me, I’ve never really suffered with them. Until now. UGH!
This pic cracks me up. I love that she’s reading but come on! She’s got the tissue to her nose and she’s outside! I walked outside yesterday afternoon and proceeded to sneeze six times in like, a minute. Needless to say, I went back in the house.
In other news, thanks everyone, who’s coming here by Googling Adam Lambert. I heart Adam Lambert! Are we so happy that we’re gonna have a Kris & Adam finale? I am STOKED. A buh bye Gokey!
The boys are comparing nail polish. Seriously! Adam had nine fingers painted black except his thumb. Kris had just his thumb painted. I find that kind of cute. I like Kris but I love Adam more. Yay!
It’s gonna be hot this weekend, like 102 by Sunday. NOOOOOOOO….

Don’t disappoint us tonight. You get to sing rock songs and I know you can bang it out. But no excessive screeching please. Stay on point and focus, sweetie. Your moment in the bottom two last week upset me, and though I told my mom a while ago it might be better if you didn’t win American Idol, I’m taking that back.
Because I like seeing you on my TV week after week in yet another interesting outfit, singing yet another interesting song. I haven’t liked all of your choices but that’s okay. You’re diverse. You have a great voice. And you’re freaking cute.
So I really don’t want the good times to stop. I’ll do my part and vote for you tonight (I did last week too because I was concerned and it turns out I had every right to be concerned – gah! Will people never learn from the history of Idol? Tamyra Grey anyone? God DAMN I am STILL pissed that chick got voted out — gasp! — of the final four in season one.). I’m just asking that you do your part and sing a great song(s) – do you all get to sing two songs tonight ? Oooh, that’s kinda cool if you do…
And I won’t split votes but I do think Kris is a cutie. I’d like to have coffee with him sometime (that’s for you, Ames). But that’s another blog post for another day.
