And then Fortune’s Deception is out with Samhain Publishing! Yay! In celebration of my novella’s release, I’m going to have a blog contest! Double yay! All you need to do is leave a comment today and tomorrow on my blog - how easy is that? Too easy!
I will choose one lucky winner and announce it here at my blog on Wednesday. What will you win? A copy of Fortune’s Deception for your reading enjoyment! Triple yay! I love free stuff.
So comment! Though I’m allowing only one comment per post please. Just to keep it fair. Cos fair is good right?
Bobcat update — He hung out on the rock this afternoon again, sunning himself. I went out to snap a pic of him and he hunkered down real low, like I can’t see him if he did that. I told him I could - that’s when he ran off. I think I offended him.

Can you see that? Can you tell who came to visit a couple of days ago? Yeah it’s a bobcat.
We get a lot of bobcats around here. They freak me out a little cos sometimes they get too close for comfort. Like this dude. He lounged in my back field all afternoon - at one point sitting on a rock like he was king of the world, sunning himself. When I took his pic I chased him off for a while. Then he came back.
Funny how when he was around, my cats were gone. Invisible. I’d love to know where they hid. I don’t blame them. This guy wasn’t as big as some of them I’ve seen but he’d definitely take my cats out no prob.
Ah livin’ in the country. Ain’t it grand?
