Okay I’m all about the easy. I think that really means I’m lazy but we’ll forget that for the moment right? Thanks…
So yeah, easy. Want to win a downloadable copy of my latest book The Vampire Oracle: Shadow? You do? Okay all you have to do is comment here, today’s post (I’m counting yesterday’s comments too because I’m nice like that). But I’m going to ask you a question. It’s an easy one I promise.
Tell me your favorite vampire book. It can be a series, it can be something old, something new, something obscure - just let me know what you like. What you can recommend. Share the vampire love, so to speak.

Now I’m not a huge sports fan but I had to mention that the Fresno State Bulldogs mens’ baseball team won its first national baseball championship Wednesday night.
Around here it’s kind of a big deal. Fresno has major Bulldog fever. My husband has major Bulldog fever. So we’ve been watching these games the last few nights on edge, watching the team come out of literally nowhere and win this. You gotta feel good watching something like that!
It also makes me want to write a baseball player story. Of course. Cute boys in uniforms? Who wouldn’t?!
The contest is still going on! Remember I’ll be drawing for all prizes and announcing winners on Saturday. Today I’m giving away a $10 gift card to iTunes. ‘Cos what’s summer without some awesome tunes?
But answer this question: Do you enjoy going to sporting events during the summer? Or do you prefer staying home and watching them on TV? Or do you say boo to all sporting events? I’m still not feeling up to par. Yesterday it was rainy/cloudy all day long - kinda fit my mood. I felt so yuck I had to cut short a lunch with one of my oldest and dearest friends! What a great way to spend my weekend away from home - lying on the couch.
Today so far I feel better. My bro and his family is coming over today as well as my grandma. We’re all going to hang out. I go home tomorrow. My dad has to work - he’s working boat patrol up on Shasta Lake and brought home a giant lobster floaty that was abandonded on the lake. Perfect for the pool!
So yeah. My life is exciting. Did anyone notice the new smileys? Some kitty cats! Yay!
