So California got hit hard with five storms in a row. We needed the rain so I shouldn’t be complaining but…
I need a break. I’ve stayed cooped up in my house not really doing anything because the weather is just sooo bad. I only go out to take my kids to the bus stop and then go pick them up. That’s really it. I’ve turned into a hermit. I blame it on the rain.
Oh that just ASKED for a Milli Vanilli performance didn’t it? Dang I loved those guys, I can admit it. Though Girl, You Know It’s True (g-g-g-g-girl) is my fave MV song…
This weekend is supposed to be dry. Cloudy but dry. And I’m happy. I need the reprieve. I need the yard to dry up. I need the chickens’ yard to really dry up. I’m tired of mud. And have I mentioned our dirt road? Let’s just say I’m glad I have four wheel drive.
Plans for the weekend anyone? I’m revising and writing and cleaning and doing laundry. What about you?
