Oh my God it’s Christmas music. CHRISTMAS MUSIC. I’m taking my kids to school, I turn on the station that does a newscast on the hour and “Joy to the World” blasts out at me. Quickly followed by “Frosty the Snowman.” My daughter wouldn’t let me change it. I finally switched after the news.
I love Christmas music. It puts me in the holiday mood. But not during the first week of November! I mean COME ON. This is ridiculous. Talk about sucking the spirit right out of me.
It’s still fall. Thanksgiving isn’t here yet, let’s not forget about that holiday! Oh wait, we don’t really buy or give anything for that holiday so it doesn’t count. At least, that’s how they treat it. Sucks man.
So I’m posting this pretty little FALL photo as a form of protest! No Christmas yet! Please! Let’s enjoy this time of year instead of shoving Christmas down my throat. I don’t want to become a hater…

Since the weather doesn’t change that much, music is really one of the main ways I get in the spirit. I love Christmas music, but I’d rather pick my own.

The picture of the leaves is very pretty. I live in Florida and the leaves usually stay green. I too love Christmas music and agree November is too early to start playing it. I wish you a Happy Thanksgiving.

Once Halloween is over, I can never get too much Christmas. But while Christmas is traveling and decor and music and tons of get togethers, Thanksgiving for me has always just been one dinner, and it’s hard to drag that out for two months, LOL.

I love Christmas music, too, but I agree that it’s a little early. I want to look forward to Thanksgiving and my birthday first!

Ooh, maybe ask for XM Satellite radio for Christmas!

Most of the stations here start playing Christmas music right after Thanksgiving.

My mom has satellite radio and she LOVES it. I’m jealous.
And normally the radio stations around here start playing Xmas music the day after Thanksgiving but they’re starting early this year. Ugh…

See we’ve had our Thanksgiving already. But I went out today, and I hadn’t been out in a few days and I walked into Costco and was like … OMG it’s Christmas. I totally just posted some of my favorite Christmas movies at SDoS.
Right now I’m totally watching Home Alone 2, my daughter is really getting movies now, and right now she is peeing herself laughing at Marv and Harry’s antics.
