They’re almost here! In one week my children will be off to school (oldest is actually starting Wednesday!). I can’t believe it’s already time.
Back in my day we started school the day after Labor Day and were let out the beginning of June. That gave us a full three months of summer. Now the kids are lucky to get two months! Poor little boogers.
When school resumes even my youngest will be going every day. That’s right, you heard me. Every. Day.
Is that cause for celebration or what? Oooh I’m so bad but seriously. More time to write! And I’m going to need it since I have to get up at the crack of doom just to get the boogers off to school. My entire schedule has to change – no more writing late at night. A girl needs at least a few hours of beauty sleep…

You’ll love having all day to write. Just don’t get caught up in the “I’ve got all day to do it” mentality. That’s a pit you can easily fall into.
