I didn’t post yesterday and I’m sorry. I got horribly sick Thursday night and still managed to get up, gather energy and drive five hours north to my parents’ house. Needless to say I collapsed in bed by nine p.m.
I just want to thank everyone for the sweet comments regarding my blog and site! I love it so much and I’m glad everyone likes it.
So now I’m going to hang out with my family and old friends for the next few days. And guess what? It’s RAINING. Yes! Rain on Memorial Day weekend! What’s up with that?

Couldn’t believe the crazy weather. Just got back from my son’s college graduation and froze the whole weekend. Temp went from 98 to 50 over night, so of course I packed all the wrong clothes. Plus all the events were planned for outdoors, so we had to deal with wind and sprinkles too. Had a great time anyway, but just watch, the temp will go right back up this week!

The weather here this weekend is pretty cool - around 70. Compared to Tuesday, wehn it was 108, it feels quite chilly!
My oldest daughter’s birthday was on the 20th and my youngest daughter’s birthday is the 26th. So, we had a dinner with my in-laws tonight to celebrate. Tomorrow, we will go to my parents house for dinner.
