This guy came to visit Sunday afternoon:

And he reminded me that I’ve been feeling like a giant turkey myself. When it comes to writing, I had been the biggest slacker lately. Oh I’d complain to my friends and family and whoever wanted to hear me (sorry everyone) but I never really did anything about it. I signed up for Sven so he would kick my butt and the first week I did all right but then I lost focus.
Well I’m back on track. I’ve written about three thousand words since Sunday and it’s rolling right along. I finally feel back into the groove. Thank goodness. I guess it just took a turkey to show me the way.

Karen!! You can do it girl! I know everything seems to be kicking my butt these days, but I’m not going to give up. They had a little motivational thing on the Sven board yesterday that said simply open up your WIP. That will encourage you to do something on it.
HUGS!! You can do it!

Good job K. Yawn….I really need to get working too
. This weekend was a wasteland on non-productivity. I got some edits done, but i don’t count those. Editing sucks my will to live.

I’m a slacker too. I admit it. Maybe your new productivity will rub off on me.
Amy Ruttan says:
YEAH!!! See whereas I haven’t written a red cent tonight. LOL. Did you take my muse???
