Megan can’t believe her best friend dragged her to the Ho Ho Hot Santa contest. It’s beyond embarrassing with all of the muscled men flaunting their goods in red velvet shorts and Santa hats. Then Megan spies Drew on stage and thinks he fills out his shorts just fine. He’s gorgeous, he’s sweet - is he the Christmas gift she’s been looking for?
This story ties in with my book Santa Baby so if you want to find out Beverly’s story, it’s coming out on Christmas Eve at Cobblestone Press!

I am so not nice in my books but I guess I am in my real life so that’s okay. That little line about me not even thinking naughty thoughts??? Ha!!! That’s too funny.

I love Christmas music. I’ve even been listening to it in the car - we have not just one but two local radio stations playing all Christmas music, all day long. I’ll probably be sick of it by December 24th but that’s okay, right now I’m still diggin’ it.
In fact, I was on Youtube and found this video of a favorite Christmas song that clearly shows I’m a teen of the ’80s. I loved me some Wham! and I loved the song Last Christmas. It’s been YEARS since I’ve seen this video. I can still sing every word of the song. Ha!

So I bathed my two youngest (oldest didn’t wanna participate and really, I don’t blame him! LOL), put them in their Christmas pajamas (my youngest crying the entire time he wanted to wear his Batman jammies instead) and set them in front of the tree to take pictures for the annual Christmas card.
What a friggin’ nightmare. I took 40 photos. I felt like I was running a photo shoot. “Turn a little, stand closer to each other, that’s it, that’s it, hold it, hold it, hoooold it….damn it your eyes are closed!” Yeah, out of the 40 photos I got two that were worthy. One that was really worthy thank goodness and so that’s the photo that’ll be on our Christmas card.

We decorated the house this weekend - it was fun but exhausting! And I’m still not finished! One more new project I’m working on for the dining room and then I’m stopping, I swear.

Funny how when you first put those decorations up, you love them and wish you could have them year round.
And then by December 27th you’re dying to pull it all down and hope you’ll never see it again.

I’m so excited! Both of my latest releases at AQP - Amber Heat have made the top ten bestsellers for November! Night Wolf, which was number five in October’s bestseller list, was number six for November and Breaking Free was number four!
