Sweatin’

6:05 pm • Filed under: Writing

After having a failed first week of Seventy Days of Sweat, I’m back on track for a stupendous week of non-stop writing (at least, that’s what I’m telling myself). I wrote over 2k last night and I’m on track for the same today. Woot!

Compared to last week when I went out of town, went to a pumpkin patch, got sick and had to take my precious baby boy to the ER cos he had blood gushing from his head (head wounds bleed a LOT). Yeah, it was eventful to say the least.

Now I want calm and quiet. I want to write. I want Sven damn it!

  1. Congrats on the word progress!

  2. Hope you’re having a great writing week and getting loads and loads done!

I’m managing to do my 1K per day… and the challenge is really helping me!

Glad you’re getting back to Sven, doll. And here’s to the rest of the year filled with great words and no more trips to the ER, eh?

  4. I did close to 2k today. Part of that time included a revised schedule. I think I can do it…hopefully no head wounds will get in the way. House guests were my distraction last week. But they weren’t bleeding.

  5. Congrats on your progress Karen! I only managed about 1k last night with everything that’s going on. Hopefully, things go better tonight lol!
