I’m the worst blogger I swear!!! But we already know this. So we don’t need to discuss it anymore do we? LOL

I’m over at the Sizzling Pens today talking about the Seventy Days of Sweat. I joined in this time - yay! I’m excited, I’m ready, you should see my to do list. It is scary, I tell ya.

He’s gonna make you sweat till you bleed! Well I hope not (thank you C+C Music Factory!).

   ps. hope your son is okay. You mentioned over at Sven’s gym that you had to take him to hospital. Hope it wasn’t anything too serious and that he’s on the mend now.

   Good luck Karen! I didn’t join Sven because I already have an internal Sven who makes me sweat until I bleed. She’s a girl, however, and a real bitch. She was even giving me hell for taking last week off to go on a trip with the hubs. I think her name might be Whileminia
