I’m out of control with wanting to decorate my house with various fall-themed items. It’s ridiculous but I have to say…damn you Target! Damn you HomeGoods! Damn you Pottery Barn! It’s all their fault!
Though I can’t damn Target too harshly since their prices are waaaay cheaper than freakin’ Pottery Barn. Sheesh.
This platter is $44 at PB. I got a similar one for $20 at Target this morning. Gotta love it!!
Of course, I want all of this fabulous fall stuff yet I’m begging my mom to host Thanksgiving this year. What gives? I’m tired of doing it, damn it!

You should try Crate and Barrel — the poor woman’s Pottery Barn.
(Though I love both Target and Pottery Barn equally, Target is so much easier on the pocketbook!!)

LOL! I’ve been fall nuts too. I don’t know if it’s in hopes that it’ll drive in the cooler weather or if it’s just liking the stuff but it’s an obsession ;o)

I totally have Target issues, Karen, but I don’t let myself even go through the PB catalogue. It’s too tempting and I don’t have the cash. And as far as decorating goes….please girl, come decorate my damn house with some fall stuff or…any kind of stuff.
WE moved in over a year ago and I still only have like 3 pictures on the wall. I’ve got to quit travelling and invest some money in this house…sigh…

I am so much a sucker for the fall stuff. Not Halloween, but goards and pumpkins and orange lentil salad, yeah my kids hate the last one. I got a giant apple, think like a foot tall, that looks like cement, but is more like paper mache. I found it at Lowes…$14.95. It would have probably been $49.95 at PB.
