So my secret big project? Yep, yep a revise and resubmit request from Ellora’s Cave. This of course happens when I’m as sick as a dog and I probably wrote some utter crap (sorry new, wonderful editor) but she liked it anyway. So I am now an Ellora’s Cave author!
Squeeeeee!!!
My book (novella) is entitled Virgin Jewels and it will be a part of the Jewels of the Nile series. It’ll come out in January ‘08. I’m very excited to be a part of EC. I’ll admit it, I’ve been trying for a year. And I finally made it! So my message to everyone is don’t give up!

Yay! My first book with Samhain is coming out on Friday!!! Spontaneous will be available to y’alls tomorrow and I want you all to go out and buy it. Immediately! Naw I’m just joking. Well, not really.
Okay, here’s a little information about Spontaneous:
Sophie Kincaid doesn’t want to be attracted to her boss but she is. Sick and tired of being used by men, she’s sworn them off. But her hot and now slightly drunk boss just became too hard to resist.
His girlfriend dumped him and now Ian Grey is drowning his sorrows in alcohol, something he never does. Flirting with Sophie the sexy bartender inspires him to do even more things he’d never consider. Like have hot sex with her in the storage room.
They can’t deny their attraction for each other but Sophie’s afraid she doesn’t measure up. And what does Ian want from her anyway? She’ll have a naked good time figuring it out…

My schedule is crazed. After going on a writing blitz after Dallas to going completely comatose on the writing front just recently, I am on a roll again. I have a few things due and a big project (well a couple of big projects) to start and then bam! I have something else come up that I’m super excited about. That I need to work on and turn back in in the next couple of weeks. Something that I don’t necessarily want to mention hence I jinx myself. Yes, I’m silly. I can’t help it.
So what this means is…I’m not going to blog much this month. Oh yeah I know I’ve been such a great blogger (snort) but I have to take this time off this month in order to complete all of these projects. I’ll still be over at Naughty and Spice and the Sizzling Pens during my normal blog posting days but here at the personal blog? Not so much.
Sigh I feel bad but I MUST get these things done. The thought of working on everything both overwhelms me and excites me! Which is a good sign I think, versus just having everything overwhelm me. LOL
Okay and I also want to point out that one of my favorite Aphrodisia authors, Jami Alden is guest blogging at Naughty and Spice today. Go check her out! I LOVE her books - she’s awesome!
And speaking of books, I have two releases coming out this month! A Taste of Revenge comes out with The Wild Rose Press on August 8th. Spontaneous comes out at Samhain Publishing August 24th. Yay!
