Where Have I Been?

1:23 pm • Filed under: Uncategorized

Sorry I haven’t blogged in days. I’ve been busy. We made a grand purchase at Best Buy earlier this week (a big screen tv!) and we’ve been looking for an entertainment center.

I need to get my act together and organize something for my daughter’s birthday. It’s in two weeks - actually less than two weeks! Crap!

I sold something and I got a rejection. All within days of each other. Gotta love this business.

I’m in edits for TWO books. Aaaaaaahhhhhh…

I’m trying to write a synopsis and then submit it. OMG.

I need to write a proposal for a short story. And my brain is muddled cos I’m getting sick. A nice hacking cough. Yuck.

Going to register for Nationals today. Who all is joining me in the big “D” Dallas?

And I still haven’t organized my new desk. Just a little tiny bit. Man…

Yay on the sale…yuck on the R and the illness.

    Hope you feel better soon!

  2. Monique Green says:

Sweetie, you sound a tad bit overwhelmed. Take a day to get your thoughts together, take some meds to get rid of that icky cough. Once you’re thinking clearly, you’ll be able to get much more done. Maybe just arrange the desk, that doesn’t take much thought. Unless you have sort of OCD, which I kinda do sometimes, so everything is a project… but I digress.

    Feel better. *hugs*

God, you’re all making me feel like a slug! Slow down, take it easy, Karen! And take care of yourself, too.

I will see YOU in Dallas!
