A writing fool, that is. I think I wrote close to 6,000 words over the last two days. That’s just crazy. I hope I don’t burn myself out before Nano in November…
Nothing else going on. Going to Costco tomorrow - aren’t you jealous? Hah. I don’t mind going, but when the two munchkins go with us, it’s a little crazy. Okay, it’s a lot crazy.
I wanna take the kids to the pumpkin patch but I don’t think we’ll have time tomorrow, and hubby only gets one day off so guess I’ll have to wait.
This is like the most boring post ever!

Tara M. Leigh says:
Nah, we all have boring posts!
If you’re anything like me you may burn yourself out, but it’s not something a day or two away won’t fix! Congrats! 6000 words is great!
With Love,
Tara M.
Kelley says:
6000 OMG!!! Congrats. Thats wonderful.
As for boring posts, sometimes I feel like most of mine are boring but what can ya do? It happens to the best of us
Emma Sinclair says:
I’m worried about burning out before November, too.
If we do, we’ll push each other through, okay? Cause how can you complain about 6000 words?!?!
My DH loves Costco, lol. Whenever we go, we make it a date and eat dinner there, too. $7 for dinner for 2. What can I say? I’m a cheap date.
Stacy Dawn says:
Awesome for you!!
I know, my husband plans to go to our equivelent of Costco at exactly the time they bring out all the samples and demos…he and the boys go nuts!
Cora Zane says:
Woot! Congrats on the 6k word count. That just rocks!
Ooh, I’ll go to Costco with you! They have some of the most gorgeous limited edition Cabbage Patch Dolls there. ^_^

6,000 words? WOW-EEE!!! That is awesome!!!
Amanda Brice says:
6000 words is great! You must be doing all my writing for me…I haven’t written a single word since I finished CODENAME in mid-Sept.
I’m resting up for NaNo. Nah, I’ve just been too busy.
Sharon J says:
I get big buzzes going like that now and then but I can never keep it up. Not sure I’d want to either because, as you mention, it’s so easy to burn yourself out.
On average I write about 2,500 words a day in a business capacity and then however many novel words I manage to fit in. Well, not words that are novel but… you know! Some days that amounts to zero!
Cathy says:
Hey, its not boring, its real life.
Julie S says:
WTG on all the words!!!! Wow.
This is a boring week. I think it’s the calm before the NaNo storm.
April says:
6000 words is NOT a boring post. I am green with envy. Keep up the good work!!!
Leo says:
Real life is never boring! I have two daughters myself, so I know your visit to Costco will be an adventure.
Congrats on your 6,000 words.
