Supporting M.E. Ellis

10:56 am • Filed under: Uncategorized

M.E. Ellis isn’t keeping the royalties for her book Quits. She’s donating the sum to the NSPCC (National Society for the Prevention Of Cruelty to Children) so she’s running a contest I said I would gladly be a part of.

Here’s a video that was made about Quits.

On another note, here’s a pic of Cary Grant and Grace Kelly. Sigh…Grace was so beautiful. But I heard she was kind of trampy! She had affairs with like every leading man she ever had! But then she married the prince…

I just watched Cary Grant and Grace Kelly in “To Catch A Thief” a few weeks ago. Great film. Loved the chemistry between the two, as well.

OKay, I’m jealous. I wanna be Grace. I get to act trampy then marry a prince? Life isn’t fair!

  14. Sharon J says:

If I’d had her leading men, I might have been persuaded to have a few affairs, too!

The NSPCC is an important charity, that’s for sure. The ads they used to run on TV made me cry!

  15. JENNA says:

affairs…then marrying a prince. Sounds like the plot of a romance novel ;p

    Hollywood glamour at it finest.

  17. Emma Sinclair says:

    I love Cary Grant.

I was introduced to old movies rather young in life - my mom and her best friend would keep me home from school and we’d watch Cary Grant movies - watching An Affair to Remember was one of the defining moments in my young life - I was probably only in 3rd grade!

Anyway, I was the only 3rd grader who wanted to grow up and marry Cary Grant.

  18. Stacy Dawn says:

Loved To Catch a Thief…and Cary

    Good for M.E.
